We cover West Sussex, including Chichester, Littlehampton, Arundel, Storrington, Pulborough, Worthing, Lancing and Shoreham, in addition to the Brighton & Hove area.

Drone Surveys

We provide drone surveys that give homeowners a cost-effective and comprehensive view of their property. Unlike cherry pickers, which inspect only small areas, our high-resolution drones access roofs, chimneys, and hard-to-reach spots without costly scaffolding. Whether assessing storm damage, planning repairs, or buying a home, our aerial inspections deliver fast, detailed insights to facilitate informed decisions.

Insurance Reinstatement Figures

We offer insurance reinstatement figures as an optional addition to our pre-purchase surveys, providing buyers with clarity on the estimated cost of rebuilding a property for insurance purposes. This service is available for homes of conventional construction and is designed to complement our survey reports, offering extra reassurance when making important property decisions. Please note, it is not available as a standalone product and excludes listed buildings.
